Magoffin State Historical Site,
El Paso, TX

The Magoffin Home is a 19th century historic home that commemorates the life of one of the city’s founding families. CB Services, LLC consulted with the organization to create a Master Plan for Interpretation and chart a course that would help build bridges between the institution and its community. This ten month project included facilitating discussions among community residents, interviews with community leaders, consultation with historians, and, finally the development of themes that would use the Magoffin family as a lens through which to view broader historical events.
