Old Faithful Visitor Education Center,
Yellowstone National Park

Opened in 2010, this 26,000 square foot visitor center is located near the park’s most beloved feature—Old Faithful Geyser. CB Services, LLC provided interpretive planning and writing services for this project, working collaboratively with the exhibit designer, multimedia producer and park staff. Carol Bossert worked closely with a national science advisory committee that included preeminent geologists and biologists to develop the “spine” or story line for exhibits that illustrate the science that underlies Yellowstone’s hydrothermal activity.
